Правильный backup станции Avaya IP office 406v2? КАК?

Собственно вопрос как!?

Возникли некоторые трудности с этим делом:

1. В меню File - backup\restore есть два пункта:
а. backup binaries and configurations
b. restore binaries and configurations

Данные из help:
backup binaries and configurations
This command copies of all configuration files (.cfg) and software files (.bin) stored in Manager's working directory to a selected folder.

restore binaries and configurations
This command copies all configuration files (.cfg) and software files (.bin) stored in a selected folder to the Manager's working directory.

И есть ещё import\export
Данные из help:
This command allows you to import configuration settings. Two formats are supported. Binary files (.exp) are settings previously exported from an IP Office system using File | Import /Export | Export. CSV text files (.csv) can also be exported from an IP Office system or can be created using a plain text editor

Вопрос в том, что не удается никак сделать клон станции... Есть 2 головы и нужно их клонировать.
